Acceptable use
Authorized mail work and prohibited abuse.
Terms for using the current free MailMan email connector.
MailMan MCP is operated by 7x Systems LLC, a Wyoming LLC in the USA. Effective October 21, 2026. Andrew Naegele is the support and privacy contact: [email protected]. For billing questions, use [email protected].
MailMan connects authorized email accounts to compatible MCP clients for supported search, reading, attachments, drafts, replies, sending and organization. Availability depends on the provider, granted access and client capabilities. Hosted Routes, unattended schedules and JEV classification are outside the current offer. An implementation or setup guide does not guarantee a particular provider account or client version will work.
Connect only accounts you own or are authorized to administer. Keep your login, personal tokens and provider credentials private. Choose Read and Write permissions deliberately. The provider's grant can be narrower than MailMan's settings. Your AI client can call permitted write tools without a separate MailMan review screen; review its confirmation controls and requested actions.
Inspect source accounts, partial failures and uncertain outcomes. An email provider accepting a send does not guarantee delivery. Search results can be incomplete or paginated. Do not retry an uncertain send or change until the original outcome is checked. A disconnect cannot recall a request already sent to a provider.
No paid MailMan plan is currently offered. Current access and safety limits apply; no unlimited usage or permanent free allowance is promised. Your email provider or AI client may charge for its own service. A future paid offer would need displayed pricing and purchase terms before you choose to subscribe. Local simulations and Stripe test-mode records are not live charges.
Follow the acceptable-use rules and the terms of your mailbox provider and AI client. We may restrict a connection or account involved in abuse or a security incident. Provider outages, permission changes and service maintenance can interrupt tools. MailMan does not promise uninterrupted availability, perfect AI judgment or guaranteed email delivery.

Disconnect mailboxes and revoke client tokens when no longer needed. Remove provider grants separately. Product-account deletion is available in Settings with email confirmation, subject to unresolved billing safeguards if billing records exist. See the privacy notice for retained metadata, support correspondence and backup limits.
What is stored and how deletion differs from disconnection.
