Where do I start?
Choose your provider and client, then use the first-search guide. You do not need to select a paid plan here.
Search common errors. Share a sanitized error or run ID with your established support contact; never share passwords, tokens or private mail.

Check the chosen account, query, returned summaries and any per-account error.
Keep the existing service origin. Complete browser login, then return to the client's authorization flow.
Check the product account you signed into, add the intended mailbox and review Read access.
Review Read and Write in Mailboxes. Provider grants may be narrower. Reconnect only when a required grant is missing.
Use Test and inspect the provider error. Reconnect if authorization is rejected.
Inspect every per-account error. Results from the other accounts do not prove all mailboxes were searched.
Check the provider and run history before retrying. Accepted by a provider does not mean delivered.
There is no paid subscription to cancel in the current offer. Disconnect mail in Mailboxes, and revoke client tokens or provider grants separately.

Contact Andrew Naegele. Include a sanitized error code or task ID, never passwords, tokens or private mail.
Ask about billing records or a payment outcome. Never email card details. No paid plan is currently offered.
Your existing Gmail, Microsoft or IMAP mailbox stays with its provider. MailMan gives your permitted AI client access to supported operations.
You need a compatible AI client. That client's subscription and your email provider fees are separate. Claude Code has a verified personal-token account-listing and Gmail-search check; see the connection guide for its scope.
No. A write-enabled client can invoke permitted tools; client confirmation varies. Exact digest approval applies to the reviewed CLI routine workflow, not every send or modification.
Reading and marking read are separate tool operations. Live unread-invariance checks for each provider remain part of launch acceptance; do not assume a client will avoid other tools.
There is no hosted scheduler. Prepare a definition, create a fresh CLI plan and review it each time. Client scheduling is not advertised as verified.

Start with a free account and one read-only search. Existing accounts keep their connection.
