email_trash_message
Moves one message to the mailbox's trash. It stays recoverable for as long as the provider's retention allows, so this is the deletion to reach for by default. Use email_delete_message only when the user has explicitly asked for permanent, unrecoverable destruction. The result's deletion field states what actually happened — 'provider_recoverable' here. account_id must be the mailbox holding the message.
