email_list_folders
Lists one mailbox's folders and labels, normalized to a common type (inbox, sent, drafts, trash, spam, archive, starred, important, custom) alongside the provider's own identifier. Call this before email_move_message, email_delete_folder, or any folder-scoped search: those take folder ids from here, and the system flag tells you which folders cannot be deleted.
