email_forward

Forwards an existing message to new recipients, optionally with a note above it. Sends immediately. Read the message first: forwarding sends its entire content, including quoted history and (unless include_attachments is false) its files, to people who have not seen any of it. Confirm the recipients with the user. account_id must be the mailbox holding the message.
