email_delete_draft

Deletes an unsent draft. Nothing was ever delivered, but the draft's content is gone and cannot be recovered — confirm before discarding work the user may still want. account_id must be the mailbox that owns the draft. idempotency_key is required so a retry after a timeout does not report a spurious DRAFT_NOT_FOUND.
