email_create_folder
Creates a new folder or label in one mailbox and returns it with the id you will need for email_move_message and folder-scoped searches. Check email_list_folders first — the folder the user described may already exist under a different name, and creating a near-duplicate splits their mail across two places. account_id chooses the mailbox; folders are not shared between accounts, so organizing several mailboxes the same way means one call each.
