email_bulk_operation_get
Returns the live status and counts for a bulk delete or bulk modify — matched, processed, deleted, succeeded, failed, skipped — plus a paged list of per-message results including the error code on each failure. Poll this after any bulk call that came back with status 'processing'. Do not tell the user an operation finished until status is 'completed'; 'partially_failed' means some messages were not changed, and the item list says which. Page through items with limit and cursor.
